Granite is a type of deep-seated acidic igneous rock, belonging to magmatic rocks. The silicon dioxide content is mostly above 66%. Massive without layering, granite inlaid structure, often subjected to spherical weathering. The color is lighter, with gray white and flesh red being more common. It is mainly composed of dark minerals such as quartz (hardness 7), feldspar (hardness 6), and a small amount of biotite (hardness 2-4). The quartz content is 20% to 40%, with more alkaline feldspar than plagioclase, accounting for more than 2/3 of the total feldspar content. Alkaline feldspar includes various potassium feldspar and sodium feldspar, while plagioclase is mainly sodium feldspar or plagioclase. Dark minerals are mainly biotite, with a small amount of amphibole. Has a granite like or speckled structure. Medium grained granite is commonly used for building bridge piers, arches, embankments, harbors, footings, foundations, pavements, etc; Coarse grained crushed stone is an excellent aggregate for concrete.

1、 Overview of Production Line

The granite crusher production line mainly consists of a series of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment, used to crush large granite blocks into different specifications of stone or sand. This production line has the characteristics of high automation, high crushing efficiency, and uniform particle size, and is widely used in fields such as construction, roads, and bridges.

2、 Main equipment

Vibration feeder: used to evenly and continuously feed raw materials into the crusher, ensuring the normal operation of the crusher.
Jaw crusher: As a coarse crushing equipment, it preliminarily crushes large granite blocks, reduces their particle size, and facilitates subsequent processing.
Cone crusher or impact crusher: used to further crush the crushed stone material of the jaw crusher to achieve finer particle size requirements. Cone crushers are usually used for medium and fine crushing operations, while impact crushers are suitable for situations that require shaping effects.
Vibration screen: Screen the crushed stone materials and classify them into different grades according to particle size requirements. The vibrating screen can be configured with multiple layers of mesh as needed to meet different production needs.
Sand making machine (optional): If sand production is required, a sand making machine can be added to the production line. The sand making machine can further crush the crushed stone into sand, and obtain clean sand and gravel after cleaning with a sand washing machine.
Conveyor equipment: including belt conveyors, material troughs, etc., used to transport raw materials, crushed stone materials, and finished products between various equipment.

3、 Workflow

The raw materials are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through a vibrating feeder.
The coarse crushed stone enters the cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing.
The crushed stone is sieved through a vibrating screen to obtain different specifications of stone or sand.
If sand production is required, the screened stone material is sent to a sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping, and then cleaned by a sand washing machine to obtain clean sand and gravel.
Finished products are transported by conveyor equipment to designated locations for stacking or loading.
