The hammer sand making machine is generally used for medium and fine crushing of materials. The output is from 5 tons to about 100 tons, which is a small sand making machine equipment. The single machine cost is low, suitable for users with low budget in the early stage. The hammer sand making machine can handle all kinds of medium and low hardness materials such as limestone, coal, slag and coke with compressive strength less than 100MPa and humidity less than 15%. The finished product after treatment has a good grain shape, and the bottom is equipped with a screen bar, which can form the material once.

 

Working principle

 

      The hammer sand making machine mainly uses the impact force to make sand of the material. When working, the electric machine drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. After the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port, it will collide with the high-speed rotating hammer head. After the material is hit, it hits the lining plate and then rebounds back, so that after several cycles, the material that meets the requirements will be discharged through the screen gap at the bottom. Those that do not meet the requirements will be hit again until they are broken into the required material and discharged out of the machine.
