After long-term use, the angle between the two jaw plates exceeds twice the friction angle, which prevents sufficient friction between the material and the jaw plate, making it impossible to overcome the upward force of the crushing force, resulting in the material being squeezed and sliding in the direction of the inlet under the influence of the vertical upward force.

2. When the material is subjected to force in the vertical direction of the crushing chamber, under the action of the upward and downward forces of the movable jaw plate, it is easy to experience the phenomenon of material return under the action of upward force.

3. Some people believe that the wider the discharge port of the jaw crusher, the better. In fact, if the same specification of jaw is broken, the wider the discharge port, the easier it is to return the material. During the crushing process, the material directly contacts the jaw plate to generate friction, and the more severe the wear of the jaw plate, the greater the possibility of material return.

4. Generally speaking, the feed size of the jaw crusher is the same to ensure uniform feeding. When there is a significant difference in the size of the crushed material, it is easy to experience the phenomenon of material return.
