How to solve the problem of crusher reducer failure?

The particularity of the working principle of the crusher requires a reducer to be equipped for its operation. During use, it is inevitable that the gearbox will encounter some faults. How should these faults be resolved correctly? If the ventilation hole of the reducer of the roller crusher is found to be blocked, it should be immediately removed and replaced with a gas cleaning filter screen before installation and use.

When it is found during inspection that the data on the oil pressure, oil temperature, flow rate, etc. of the reducer of the roller crusher are abnormal, it is necessary to clean the filter and nozzle. After cleaning is completed, check whether the lubrication is normal before continuing to use. When disassembling, washing, and reassembling the bearings of the roller crusher reducer, an appropriate amount of calcium sodium based grease needs to be added for lubrication, approximately one-third of the bearing space volume.

When the damage area of the tooth surface exceeds 20% along the direction of tooth length and tooth height, the gears should be replaced in pairs. After replacement, the gears should be run in and tested under load. Only when the tooth length contact reaches 60% and the tooth height reaches 40% can they be officially used. When working on a roller crusher, if it is found that the oil temperature of the reducer exceeds 80 degrees Celsius or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius, or abnormal noise is generated, it should be stopped and the cause should be checked before continuing operation. The output shaft of the gearbox does not rotate during rotation, which is likely due to damage to the key connection of the gearbox. Therefore, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the gearbox.
