1. The temperature of the main bearing is too high. It may be due to insufficient lubricating grease, so an appropriate amount of lubricating grease needs to be added; If the lubricating grease is contaminated, it is necessary to clean the bearings and replace the lubricating grease; If the bearing is damaged, then it needs to be replaced.
2. The discharge size is too large. It may be due to excessive wear of the broken teeth, so it is necessary to replace the broken teeth or perform overlay welding; Replace the worn or detached edge teeth.
3. The vibration of the crusher increases. Possible bearing damage, replace it; The gear coupling is damaged and needs to be replaced;
4. Reduced processing power or insufficient power. If the hydraulic coupler leaks, a quantitative amount of No. 22 turbine oil or No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil should be added. If the coupler is damaged, a new one needs to be replaced; If the feeding is uneven, adjust the feeding.
5. Cannot automatically reverse. Incorrect or damaged sensor installation, adjust or replace the sensor; If the sensor leads or wiring are loose, connect the leads or tighten the wires.
6. Sensor protection system malfunction. If the proximity switch is damaged or the wiring inside the control cabinet is loose, it is necessary to replace the incoming switch or connect the wires according to the wiring diagram.
