Guide to the correct operation of the roller crusher​

Operators need to be familiar with the instructions and related technical documents of the equipment, and operate in accordance with the "General Operating Procedures of the Equipment".​

Before starting the machine, be sure to thoroughly check whether all fasteners are firm. If they are loose, they need to be tightened immediately.At the same time, check the tightness and wear condition of the V-belt. If it is too tight, too loose or severely worn, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.​

Install an iron removal device in front of the roller crusher, and carefully check the feed chamber of the roller crusher for residual materials and impurities. Once found, it should be removed immediately.​

Check whether the roller gap of the roller crusher is appropriate.If the gap is too large or too small, it needs to be adjusted in time.​

Check the lubricating oil status of each lubrication point of the roller crusher. If there is a shortage of oil, you need to refuel immediately.​

After the operator confirms that there is no abnormality in the equipment, conduct an empty machine test run, run for 3-5 minutes, and check whether the transmission system (motor, V-belt, large and small gears) and the movement of the rollers are stable. After everything is normal, it can be put into production.​

The starting sequence of the roller crusher is: feed conveyor → roller crusher → discharge conveyor.The parking sequence is the opposite, that is, the discharge conveyor → the roller crusher → the feed conveyor.​

After the work of the roller crusher is over, the cleaning work should be carried out in time.If there is an abnormal situation, it needs to be dealt with in time.​
