  1. Adjust the discharge gap

  By adjusting the position of the discharge port, the particle size of the product can be changed. When the discharge port is located under the two rotors, the particle size of the feed is greater than the particle size of the discharge. Therefore, most of the products in this position are large-scale coarse-grained or medium-grained products; when the discharge port is located between the two rotors, the opposite is true. Generally speaking, the size of fine products is smaller than medium and large pieces.

  2. Adjust the height of the hammer head

  According to the particle size of the required product, the hammer is raised or lowered to change the particle size of the discharged material. For example, if sand needs to be produced, the speed of the hammer head should be reduced to increase its effective length. Conversely, if you need to make it into small pieces, you can lift it up. However, it should be noted that if the speed of the hammer head is increased, the hard surface layer that has been formed will be worn out. Therefore, it must be reasonably controlled.

  3. Adjust the height of the counterattack plate

  In order for the product to have a suitable shape, the installation height of the impact plate must be adjusted according to the hardness of the material. Under normal circumstances, the higher the hardness of the material, the lower the impact plate should be.

  4. Replace the lining

  The degree of wear of the liner will also affect the performance of the crusher. Severe wear and tear will not only increase the resistance of the equipment, but also cause clogging of the equipment. Therefore, it should be replaced in time.
