1. The feeding sequence must be operated according to the standard on/off sequence: discharge machine → roller sand making machine → feeder. Before starting, also check whether the roller sand making machine is started without load. The shutdown sequence is opposite to the startup sequence.

2. The feeding must be carried out according to regulations. For larger materials that exceed the feeding range of the roller sand making machine, they are prohibited from entering, otherwise it will affect the situation of not feeding and causing blockage.

3. The feeding must be continuous and uniform, and cannot be too much or too little for a while. And there is another meaning to the uniformity of the roller sand making machine, which is to use feeding equipment to disperse the materials and allow them to evenly enter the roller surface, reducing uneven wear. It can improve the service life of the roller skin and increase the yield of sand production.
