Hammer crusher is a kind of equipment for crushing materials in the form of impact, which is divided into two forms: single rotor and double rotor. It is also used to break fiber structures, scrap wood, paper or asbestos cement with strong elasticity and toughness to recover asbestos fibers, etc. The hammer crusher can not only be used in the crushing production line, sand production line, but also in the mineral processing production line to replace the cone crusher.
The crusher used in mining production often has a hammer breaking bearing holding, what is the hammer breaking bearing holding?
The so-called bearing lock is that the bearing generates a lot of heat during operation, and the heat cannot be dispersed in a short time, resulting in a sharp rise in the bearing temperature, and finally the bearing is locked. This phenomenon in the overhaul of equipment and production service site is very common, the specific causes of bearing heat are as follows:
First, improper assembly
1. Improper matching of bearing outer ring with bearing seat hole or bearing inner ring with shaft during assembly.
During the assembly process, the inner hole was not trimmed and its size was measured, and a new bearing was replaced for assembly. After the test, the temperature rise was found to be too high. When the testing quantity is removed, it is found that the bearing seat hole has been deformed, which makes the outer ring part of the bearing squeezed, resulting in the radial clearance of the bearing becoming smaller, the rolling element rotating unevenly, and the wear intensification. The clearance between the bearing inner ring and the shaft is too large, and the bearing inner ring rotates with the rolling body and the shaft, resulting in friction that causes the bearing to heat and vibrate.
2. Improper control of bearing heating temperature during assembly.
When the temperature of the bearing heater is too high during heating operation, it will temper it and reduce the hardness and accuracy, so that the bearing temperature rises, resulting in aggravated wear and damage to the bearing.
3. Improper adjustment of bearing clearance during assembly.
In actual work, many installations are sometimes only debugging by feel, and the gap is too large or too small, which can not meet the production needs. If the axial clearance is too small, it is easy to cause the bearing to heat, accelerate pitting, and even make the rolling element stuck or glued damaged; If the axial clearance is too large, the impact force of the moving pair increases, and the stiffness decreases, it will lead to abnormal sound during operation, and even cause serious vibration or damage to the cage.
2. Oil seal problem
The oil seal is used to seal the oil sealing element of the rotating shaft in the mechanical equipment, and the cavity is basically static, so the oil seal is also called the rotating shaft lip sealing ring. For the oil seal with a secondary lip, the secondary lip plays a dust-proof role to prevent the intrusion of impurities in order to extend the life of the oil seal, but the secondary lip is often poorly lubricate, the friction is larger, resulting in dry friction and damage to the oil seal, so the installation of the double lip oil seal must be filled with grease between the lips.
Three, the gap problem
During the assembly process, if the size of the spacer is not carefully checked and the assembly test is carried out, the temperature will rise rapidly after a certain time. The size of the bearing outer ring is determined by the end cover and the bearing seat stop, the size of the spacer is reduced, the size of the inner ring will be adjusted by the round nut, and finally pressed, the axial clearance of the bearing will become smaller, so that it will heat up during operation.
Four, lubrication problems
The grease in the bearing should not be too much, and the grease is too large, which will increase the friction torque and increase the bearing temperature; However, if the amount of grease is too small, it can not obtain reliable lubrication and dry friction occurs. Generally speaking, the appropriate amount of grease is 1/3 to 1/2 of the total void volume in the bearing, therefore, in accordance with the requirements of the use of regular injection of appropriate grease.
